Mr. Bonanno has 23 years of both hospital and medical group administration experience. He has extensive knowledge in negotiating all types of managed care contracts, including; modified fee for service, capitation, facility-only agreements and office based site-of-service differentials. He has managed numerous practice-wide process improvement projects resulting in increased operating efficiency and practice revenue growth. Mr. Bonanno has an excellent knowledge in both the design and implementation of physician compensation plans and is an expert in the areas of practice revenue optimization strategies. Mr. Bonanno has previously held the position of CFO for a national hospital management company. As a recognized practice manager, Mr. Bonanno has held positions as Executive Director, Practice and Business Administrator for a number of medical groups throughout his career.
